Welcome to the Facial Recognition Authentication Plugin ("Plugin") provided by NEW WAY PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES CO. L.L.C ("we," "us," or "NewWayPMSCo"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By installing or using this Plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Plugin.

Service Description

The Plugin is a WordPress-based solution that enables secure authentication using facial recognition technology. It communicates with our API hosted on a secure DigitalOcean Droplet server in New York (NYC1) to process authentication and account management requests.

User Conditions

This Plugin is intended for WordPress users to enhance login security and account management. You may only use the Plugin for lawful purposes as outlined in its documentation. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your country of residence.

Usage Rules

• The Plugin must communicate with our API for proper functionality.
• Any unauthorized modifications to the Plugin or its API interactions are strictly prohibited.
• You may not use the Plugin to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others.

Beta Version Notice

The Plugin is currently in a beta phase. While we aim to provide a reliable service, it may contain bugs or experience interruptions. By using this beta version, you acknowledge these risks. We welcome your feedback to help us improve the Plugin.

Fees and Payments

The Plugin and its associated API services are currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice via our website (newwaypmsco.com).

Data Ownership and Security

All user data (e.g., email, facial images for registration and login, domain, and password) is securely stored on our DigitalOcean server in New York (NYC1). We use:

• AES-256 encryption for facial images (fields `avatar` and `avatar2` in the User model).
• SSL/TLS for secure data transmission.
• Continuous monitoring to protect against threats.

While we take reasonable measures to secure your data, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all security breaches. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details, including how your data is collected, used, and deleted.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Hardware failures or server outages beyond our control.
• Data loss due to security breaches, provided we take reasonable steps to mitigate such incidents.
• Indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits) arising from Plugin use.

In the event of a security breach, we will notify you within 72 hours and work to resolve the issue.

Changes to the Service

We may update these Terms or the Plugin at any time. Changes will be posted on our website (newwaypmsco.com). Continued use of the Plugin after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you may stop using the Plugin and delete your data through the Manage Account page as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Termination or Cancellation

You can use the Manage Account page in the Plugin to cancel your account or delete your data (including email, facial images, domain, and password), which will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our database and servers as described in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes resolved in Dubai courts. We also comply with applicable international laws, such as GDPR (EU) and CCPA/CPRA (USA), for users in those regions.
